I wouldn't and I've always really liked Kreider. We really can't afford to trade away any of our established d-men, at least not if we aren't getting a quality d-man back and that kind of defeats the purpose for both teams. I'm probably in the minority among Ducks fans but I value Fowler higher than Lindholm. Lindholm drives me crazy. He has all the tools to be a number 1 d-man but he just can't put it all together. And he'll play great for much of the game but he always makes several costly mistakes. For one the dude doesn't know how to play a 2-on-1. If he's defending a 2-on-1 it's a goal. Every time. I we had a couple of legit d-men coming up and if Kreider had more than one year until he hits free agency, I would actually do the original deal. But we simply can't spare a d-man right now.

I feel ya, ANA is definitely one of my favorite teams drafting wise, Montour, Steel, Jones, Comtois, Fowler, Manson, Lindholm, and so many more great players your team finds lol.

As a Ranger fan I do not like the Ottawa trade. Rykov looked solid after he got to Sochi, and to me he is ahead of Hajek on the prospect list. And I like Hajek.
