<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>TMarch</b></div><div>Flip (no pun intended) Zadina and Bertuzzi. Keep the Czech's together, and keep the Guelph line together.

I don't think Ryan makes the cut this year, without an injury somewhere.

Oesterle and Rowney are swing guys (Rowney more than Oesterle). I don't see them jumping Staal and Gagner (respectively). It wouldn't shock me if Pearson jumps them both though.

I don't think Suter is available for trade, especially since he's just now 25 and a few years before UFA. Fabbri I'm borderline on, depending on the year he's having, he might pull in a late 1st. Same with Leddy, but I think both Fabbri and Leddy probably bring back 2nds. No value for Staal and Ryan. Namestnikov probably brings back a late 3rd/4th, same with Stecher.

I also think Stevie may try to sign Fabbri to a couple year deal. Even with some of the prospects, Fabbri is a good middle 6 guy.</div></div>

I like the idea of flipping RW, but Vrana-Larkin-Bertuzzi is one of the highest WAR in the league (so i’m told). Also I think Zadina will have great chem with Suter based on his time with kane (which zadina plays similar to though not a legend like Kane).

I think oesterle will play bottom 4 minutes every game but that may be my WMU bias.

I don’t think Suter is available either. but hey, if he and fabbri put up decent 2nd line points, they’ll be worth a lot. I agree that fabbri might be a good extension, but only if the team is showing consistent progress towards playoffs.
