tbh **** this ****. We don't need him after this year as primeau will be ready.

I do like the dollar value here but unless they move Campbell they don't really need him so I wonder what will happen

<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>Seider53</b></div><div>Seider's ceiling is, from what I know the hardest to predict, as the DEL is so challenging to relate to the NHL, and the biggest question mark is his offensive game.
Based on what we have seen so far his floor would be a guy like Brandon Carlo, defensively sound, offensively not super exciting.
A reasonable ceiling, if his offensive game develops with age and exposure could be someone like a Pietrangelo. Realistically, he probably falls somewhere in-between, though after his D+1 I would say he projects well above Carlo in all aspects of his game.</div></div>
Intresting take.

lmao I am a tatar fan. There was always skill there. However there is no skill in a bottom 6 injury prone player. There is no skill in the 6/7th dman either. We are in a win now mode for how the cap scenario is rn and we aren't even a contender no less seeing it in a glass half empty kind of way is the only logical way to go about it.

<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>drewjenkins</b></div><div><strong>Montreal is officially a 1-Year all or nothing team.</strong>
All these guys need contracts before next year:
1. Kotkaniemi
2. Gallagher
3. Danault
4. Tatar
5. Armia
6. Lehkonen
7. Hudon
8. Mete
9. Backup
While these guys are hoarding all the money:
$10,500,000 = Price
- $8,000,000 = Weber
- $6,200,000 = Petry
- $5,500,000 = Drouin
- $5,500,000 = Anderson

- $3,500,000 = Byron
- $2,000,000 = Kulak
- $2,000,000 = Alzner (BO)
So that's <strong>$54,500,000</strong> committed to 10 players.
With only <strong>$27,000,000</strong> left for the other 14.
With 4 of their 5 best forwards unsigned.
<strong>There will be a mass exodus next year. </strong></div></div>

True, I should ask more from my GM.
PS: People should remember that Tatar trade, he didn't fit in Vegas and exploded here. That's what the scouts and assistants are paid to track.</div></div>
Allen is a risk and will be at best a good backup and at worst as bad as Lindgren, Anderson is an injury prone bottom 6 winger who will probably never put up more than 35 games and will rarely play a full 82, and Edmundson is a 6/7th dman who is worth 1-2 mill and he is horrible at everything and is a liability. I always knew Tatar was good and I just don't believe that will ever happen to Anderson or Edmundson. and getting another bottom pair d doesn't all a sudden bolster up our defence.

I do see positive things in life but there is literally no upside or good to signing a bunch of depth players for High amounts of money, Now we will have what now 27 mill to re sign a bunch of top names so basically we are going to have lost good players because we are going to spend way too much on depth players

Yep, the lone wolf that hasn't gotten better yet is the Florida state (TB and FLA)
Boston got Craig Smith
Detroit got their goalie and couple low key signings that could help them be better
Buffalo got Hall and Eakin
Montreal got Allen, Edmundson, Anderson and now Toffoli.
Though FA for TML but with Brodie and Bogosian at least you've helped your RD..</div></div>
Toffoli has a bad shot lmao and Allen, Edmundson, and Anderson are bad deals. Dell is worth 2-2.5 mill, if you wanted a 6/7th dman then get Ouellet who is worth so much less, and if you want a bottom 6 forward then get literally anyone else as they won't think about wanting 5.5 mill for 7 yrs

I didn't think this was gonna happen. I like the dollar value but He isn't a good shooter and it seems like bergevin has a fetish or something for people with bad shots. We just add and add to the number of bad shooters. If it was someone who could score or a pp specialist like Hoffman for this dollar value then that would be fine but I just don't like how his shot is bad

he is tho Danault is way better defensively and is has a great offensive impact However the thing holding him back is his horrible shot. Toews on the other hand fell off a cliff defensively and is now bad at it, he has an ok impact offensively however he has a great shot. Danault is one of the best defensive forwards in the league. The reason why some people think Toews is still good is because of his reputation.

I absolutely agree some of the forwards should jump him based on their own performance, rather than as the result of him underperforming, but I don't think he should be any lower than the 2nd defenceman in the draft.</div></div>
Intresting. Personally after Byram it gets really close. I jut don't think Seider has as high of a ceiling as the rest but that is by the slightest. However Seider really impressed me this season.
