<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>JSEB93</b></div><div>The Granlund buyout is 100% worth it.
</div></div>

No, its not! As explained, its over 4 years with 1.8M AAV through 2027 and not half the league minimum contrary to Yamamoto.

<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>Caniac2000</b></div><div>Canes pass. At best, teose players are of equal skill at different positions. Pesce has the better contract, is more difficult to replace, and plays the more valuable position. If you want Guentzel to Carolina, futures go back. Not core pieces.

And your brainless take of "Carolina needs scoring desperately"... what? Did you just forget Svechnikov was out all postseason? Imagine Malkin was out all postseason and Pittsburgh got to the conference finals back when he was good. Would you call that a failure? Exactly. Stop it</div></div>

"Brainless" lol. Its the literal meaning. They cant score goals. Nothing is brainless unless you can't extract the greater meaning behind the fact. Lets try your language... ... what? Did you forget that Svechnikov played in the playoffs the previous 4 seasons? Imagine Pacioretty out all postseason and Carolina got to the conference finals but getting swept. Would you call that a success? Exactly. Stop it

Anderson without 500k retention is a deal breaker for a cap team. I'm sure Hughes will not object too much. Yamamoto can be pushed elsewhere or bought out at 400k each of the next 2 seasons. The Florida 1st isnt a deal breaker. Can be a later pick.

<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>Dunphy66</b></div><div>They can absolutely afford him next year. The cap is going up by about a million for next season, the following year the cap will jump close to 5M due to the players having paid back escrow. You have no idea what you're talking about.</div></div>

Completely missed the point. You didnt grasp a single thing I said with the bottom 6. You are talking like Guentzel is the only player they need to fit. Try again.

<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>KyleDubasWWEFAN</b></div><div>

Arvidsson was had for little and he will return little. You are creating your own narrative this isnt POJ for Arvidsson. There are many more pieces to the puzzle which includes LAK creating 7M in cap space which is an asset, itself. Read the description.</div></div>

<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>OldNYIfan</b></div><div>You're going to lecture me on my team's needs when I've had season tickets for more than 25 years?!? You think that there are "many more pieces to the puzzle" that I don't understand infinitely better than you ever will?!?!? What a joke.</div></div>

The Kings just cleared about the same amount of cap space in the 3 way deal today as my deal here! The only joke was you thinking your season tickets made you an expert.

<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>kogger</b></div><div>I never said Bob wasnt their starter lol I'm talking about how if they trade Knight then they dont have a backup. Stop putting words in my post</div></div>

Hear me out but they do this crazy thing called find another cheaper backup.
