Fair, If Bison King was in the package probably a third, fourth, and bastian, for Kassian and Puljujarvi. I think thats fair. Instead of Jersey having to pay a high second or first.

I think your really dead on or close for that Seattle Deal, great work! I think its a 4th to take Klefbom. You might want to see if Seattle could package that with the previous deal and just send Soucy and a 2nd over. I think Francis would definitely look at that.

For Kane, I definitely think after the year he had in Edmonton, Teams would pay upwards of a 1st round pick for him, teams who need star wingers especially. Someone like New Jersey would move the second overall pick for massive retention and a couple more assets for sure. So you can bet that unfortunately a 4th won't cut it.

Overall liked this a lot as there all very plausible oilers moves, which half the people on here think that trading drasitial is plausible, A Plus!

Ok first Georgiev is not an upgrade for the Oilers, he is a plan Z for them. Secondly, why in your right mind would you trade Ceci. He is the most valuable defensive asset the oilers have right now besides bouchard. So please inform me how him getting traded gets you a cup.

I think the Jets would definitely look at moving Hellebuyck for sure, I don't think the oilers would want Mark the main man. They got depth up front. The oilers would probably pay 2 first round picks and a high defensive prospect like Broberg to get Hellebuyck. But one of the conditions on the 1st would be if he signs an exstension as he only has 2 years left. So probably a no from the oilers, unless something involving futures was done to aquire Hellebuyck.

Im pretty sure vancouver would need to clean house once again after making a deal like that. Although billy G would no doubt be the best GM this year. Take a look at Dumba's numbers, he isn't worth more than a second at 50% retained.

Okay you can't compare Saros to Hagel or Eichel, Goalies are totally different. If you want a starting goalie you need to have three firsts and a grade A Prospect. There is about 10 true starters in the League and Saros is Nashville's second best asset, arguably first (As he is a now all-star) so this is why Nashville will never trade him to begin with, and will want A HAUL for him if they did.

Sujet: Overly optimistic Wild offseason

I think the Oilers would look at moving for a player like Dumba, but even at 50% retention I think he is only worth a second for what he is producing, I think for the oilers to deal a top ten protected first OR Carter Savoie (not both) you would have to retain 50% and take a bad contract back, something like Kassian. Up to Minnesota but that's the only way the oil would touch it, would be an interesting discussion though to say the least.

Either way, Manson is not worth 5.5x4, thats rediculous. I mean he would sign it in a heartbeat because that's an amazing deal for him. But people need to be realistic over his value. Manson probably resigns in colorado anyway.

The Oilers won the Foegele Trade HANDS DOWN. And Keith at the end of the day is doing his job. Yea he makes way too much, but I'm fine with it if we can sign Kulak and another person, maybe like Manson. Who does Manson go to, Winnipeg or Edmonton, My bet is Edmonton, espeically if they pay him term, and are making playoffs unlike the jets!

Yea I understand that, but for too long Oilers fans overvaulue assets. If Smith Carries the Oilers to the Final this year, then you get the second you want for him. Ryan you need to dump he gets paid waay to much, and Kassian you do too but unless your paying a first your not. Barrie has value, so a third and a potential top 4 that hasn't seen much NHL time with a good year in the AHL gets it done. Puljijarvi is slumping so leverage that with a BRIDGE deal. You pay him later or trade him later, it's simply kicking the can down the road, same for Yamo. Yamo has been alright this year but nothing special.

Goaltending Oilers fans complain about if you dont sign them, but when you pay what it costs to get him your mad? I don't get your thoughts tbh. Keumper will contend for the Vezna this year buddy.
