Has proven he can produce offense at the AHL and brings sound compete and off the puck awareness. When he finds a puck around the net he has a quick release. Shows willingness to go to the hard areas and create a distraction. Along the boards he works to extend plays. Out of the gate he has decent quickness but lacks separation in open ice. He doesn't get much glide out of his stride and has to work harder than some players to get from A to B. He has the potential to compete for a full time NHL job in 2022/2023
