I personally think the devils should take Hughes instead of Power, so he can play with his brother.
Why not switch Chibrikov and Lysell because Lysell can be that right winger for the flames as he has the flexibility to play on either wing and Chibrikov can provide an offensive force for the blues.

I think the Flames are in desperate need of high end skill at RW.

Lysell is high end skill and better than Chibrikov and he can play either wing. It could end up being a high risk- high reward pick, but I think for a team just entering a rebuild/retool, it's best to play it safe.
