Take out those two 2nds, add another 1st, remove Palat and Daws. They do nothing for Sens or have any value anywhere to be honest. If you’re keeping Casey, Mercer, two 1sts, you need to add another NHL player/top prospect or another 1st. I’ve been saying Brady will be gone if the Sens don’t make the playoffs this upcoming season, but that doesn’t mean Sens will give him away. Teams will have to pay out their ass for him, rightfully so.

I think we're going to find that New Jersey trades for Tkachuk come the trade deadline.

How that all works out, who knows. But, the way the Devils have been working, they are allowing themselves the space to make a deadline deal happen to *JUST* be able to fit in a contract of Brady's size, without need for retention.
