Trouba could be had for TVR + 3rd to make money work.

Kakko probably a 2nd

Rangers will sell low on Trouba and take an acceptable return for Kakko, but neither is a “cap dump”

If you remove the retention in the Trouba contract, drop Kakko or the 1st, and it’s close.

It’d have to be Jensen for cap reasons for Caps as well if there’s no retention.

So Jensen, who’s a better player than TVR, and a 4th is my offer.
And Dowd for Kakko,
NYR is obviously looking to move him by asking for his 15-team no trade list.

Yeah like I said, NYR would walk from that.
