More then likely Vegas will have to pay to shed that cap let alone think hes worth 10oa and a bottom 6 prospect. kane for that money aint bad but why would Needeljkovic be signed for 3m? they have 2 mid 20s prospects who both have had great AHL seasons the last 2 years and are easily edge NHL players. they could save that 3m, save the 3m from OEL get a depth D and Vet goalie and have cap space next offseason

Dude, settle down!! Values are subjective and always will be! 10OA is not a guarantee of a keeper, and Hertl would do very well between Pasta and Zacha. Sure, Vegas may have to pay to get rid of him but not for 3 or 4 years. Are YOU smoking??? Lastly, Bussi and DiPietro can fill in when injuries happen and Nedeljkovic has been one of the better available goalies in the last 2 years. And OEL is only one year so relax!!

overpaying for a streaky at best backup when u have not 1 but 2 near nhl goalies in ur system doesnt fit anything. signing a vet who can play 20ish games and be ok for a year or 2 and save 2M+ in cap is far more logical and reasonable. OEL doesnt fit in the bruins at all, old slow bottom pair offensive Dman is not what fits especially considering they have wootherspoon let alone overpaying by about 1M for him. hertl is still solid but thats not nearly what his worth is let alone the fact vegas is in a constant cap crunch and taking him lets them off. Yes hertl wont have to be a pay to get rid of contract yet but he by no means is that valueable nor someone anyone who is thinking past the next 2-3 years targets. 10oa isnt a guarntee but it sure as hell is more valueable to almost every team then a near 7m cap hit for the next near decade on a injury filled player who is already passed 30. ur giving up a prospect 2nd and ullmark for hertl. no way anyone with there brain on thinks that value makes sense.
