We need to offload him somehow but retaining for 6 years is rough. If it’s the only option then so be it, but we would need to be really desperate to do that.

I don’t want to buy him out and that’s not an option when he can appeal his suspension in November. I was thinking more along the lines of termination and I think the team will find a way to terminate the contract with whatever pretext they can possibly find.
