The follow-up Boston part of my previous TOR/VGK/UTA deal ..

*** The 1st round pick from Utah to Boston is the 19th overall selection, acquired from Vegas in my previous trade. Presumption is Ullmark extends after agreeing to waive (if they were on his no list).

Boston: See previous post for a brief description. With the $23.2m in cap space the Bruins have after the trade, they sign RFA newcomer Barrett Hayton to a one year show-me deal/wait-for-the-cap-to-go-up-and-Vejmelka's-contract-to-be-off-the-books deal around $1m, sign UFA LHD Brady Skjei long-term at $7m per season, sign UFA C Elias Lindholm long-term at $7m per season, and sign RFA G Jeremy Swayman long-term at $7.85m per season. If it is too risky to put Bussi through waivers and he's good enough for backup duties in 2024-25, then the Vejmelka part can be cancelled or altered so he gets flipped somewhere else via Boston.
