They definitely do, worst org depth after RD. Although if a consensus top 10 good D (unlikely) or good C (more unlikely) drop to 14 take them. If they luck into a C or way to soon Hagens next year I can see Smith going to RW long term.

Basically, I wouldn't draft Jiricek over a guy I listed for RW, I think that is wasting a pick to a certain degree (If Yak falls to 14, that is a different story). Honestly, they really have no use to draft a C over a Winger just because he's a C, they are one of the most deep team in the league for centers

Same here, I'd probably rather have a guy like MBN or Sennecke.

It’s tempting to trade up for a top D but does seem Sharks might be better off taking a RW at 14/BPA and using both seconds on D this draft.

I dunno. We really need a RD. Jiricek is a good prospect and some scouts rate him higher than Yakemchuk. I'd probably take either Yakemchuk or Jiricek with #14 if available. Smith might start at RW. In the NHL, RD seem hard to come by but wingers are a dime a dozen.
