The Core of the team is fine or at least most of it is.
Although lots of Sens fans will cry its not ever time they lose, turning into a winning team doesn't happen over night.

The top reasons they've lost this season ranked:
Bad coaching
Bad goaltending
Injuries
Bad GM moves (not resigning RFA's, not signing Pinto and another player over Tarasenko)
laziness
Playing Hamonic
etc

Kastlelic and Ostapchuk give you size, speed, toughness, and 2 options for PK and faceoffs on the 4th. Hopefully some production. I'd be fine picking up someone a little more offensive or giving Crookshank a shot.

Either hope that Norris will actually stay healthy and play up to his contract or trade him.

Sign Chychrun for under $5 million or trade him, he has not show that he's more than a 2nd pair guy.

Either buyout a goalie and give a new guy a chance or hope they find their game.

JBD has been solid but could also be upgraded, should improve with more experience.

Keep Brannstrom, he's not amazing as a 3rd D without a tough partner but he can also play LW then come back when needed.

You SIGN Pinto LONG term.

Get Stamkos after TBL pissed him off? haha probably not but give him the Giroux contract.
