okay well the exact reporting wasnt that tampa wouldnt be able to fit Hanifin in cap wise it was that it would be difficult which we have known all along. Pagnotta even posted in his article 3 hours ago," Things seemed to have picked up steam on the Hanifin front over the last 15 hours or so, with the Tampa Bay Lightning still the preferred destination.". I dont think its likely that tampa get Hanifin but it looks more likely than Chychrun right now
