I want to give lily a chance to play full time with 20 mins ish of ice time, he has the skill and poise to be a full time top 4, but he needs the chance and he has to take the next step, if not I can see us moving him, ideally he’s our second unit QB, Clifford has been playing well for us with the marlies, he has better speed than Simmonds did, I know a lot a few young players could be worthy of getting a few games on the 4th line, but I can see us also testing our physical players to see if they can make an impact come playoff time, if needed, I know this is not perfect and the trade value might be off, but this is the main piece I would target for us, over Parayko and ristolainen/Tanev, good term, good size, physical and reliable, Parayko is by far the better player of all those mentioned but his cap hit and term are too much for me to consider him, that being said, I can also see the leafs hiring Dube, can someone tell domi that he can shoot the puck? He has an above avg shot, he should use it a lot more
