What the hell are you doing? Sbisa is a traffic cone, and Emelin is close to becoming one. They're not upgrades over that Irwin/Weber pairing. All you're doing is creating a bunch of dead cap space.

I agree with the above two. Your choices here are poor. No way would you give up a decent player and a 1st round pick for a 3rd pairing. Then trade your third pairing for only a 4th round pick? Seems like you undervalue the current 3rd pairing and you are way over valuing the 3rd pair of Vegas. Also what is the point of the Avs trade? Your not unloading a bad contract with Mcleod, he isn't even making $1M.. so your dumping nothing for nothing and loosing Bitetto in the process... Brutal choices here
