Now do it again, but you have to spin for the draft spot as well, so completely random

What do you mean by draft spot? like the exact number? if so I can't because they're are people that aren't in the NHL yet/retired

Edit: maybe you can do draft spot, then have a choice of +\- 5 guys from that spot, so you have like 11 choices per spin

I'm thinking its like this I get like a 3rd wheel that says middle of the round top of the round or end of the round so baisically 1-11 12-22 23-32 is that alright? Edit: lmao thats exactly what you said XD

Thats seems great! Gonna make it a bit harder, but you prob won’t be stuck with a team of retired AHLers

got an idea from this:

1) Pick a draft year
2) Spin a wheel between 1 and 30 (or 31 or 32 depending on the year)
3) Whatever the wheel lands on, that number is what player you pick for that round.
4) Repeat for every round.

So let's say you do 2011:
1st Round, 25, Stuart Percy
2nd Round, 30, Mario Lucia
3rd Round: 19, Andy Andreoff
4th Round: 1, Dillon Simpson
5th Round, 22, Max Friberg
6th Round, 3, Eddie Wittchow
7th Round, 15, Zac Larraza

Bit of work but would be interesting to see if over multiple draft years you could compile a competitive team, or see how much deadwood you end up with.

Hopefully lol. Myabe in a seperate one I'll add a wheel that says the position so that if I get 2015 and 1st round and then I get RW I get to throw a table smile

Me and Caufield thought of that but then I'd probably get stuck with Reitred NHLers lmao

If you read the earlier coments you'll see what I'm gonna do on the next post should hopefully be fun and different from this one and not just get an All-star team like last time lol

If you do it for 15 drafts (2008 through 2023), that's 105 draft picks. Wonder how likely it is to get 23 competent players out of that.
