Assuming that the priority is the keep the core 4, would there be a way for the Buds to trade for Ryan Ellis' contract and use the LTIR space to help with the Cap situation for the next few years?

My thought is that you could Buyout Murrays contract and acquire Ellis' and generate a lot of cap space for this year. Philly has expressed an interest in offloading his contract.

Are there any restrictions on doing this kind of like the Nathan Horton Contract?
