Description
Fun exercise. Type of trade that offloads Murray to anyone with some good bottom 6 players and gains cap room for Leafs to go bargain bin shopping, even if it’s not Suter or Bailey etc.
Probably wrong on the D. Feels like they need a big goon back there.

    And no GM is going to help Toronto out because they are over the cap. They are really going to have to sweeten the pot before any team takes on contracts

    Jarnkrok and Lafferty would be nice additions for the Sabres. You’re right about trading within the division, but these are good players.

    If they are good players why you trading them for nothing?
    You should have them in the Leafs lineup

    Well the trade you proposed is even more ludicrous because you except the Sabres to absorb 9.5 million in cap space with players they don't have room for on their roster (besides Jarnkrok) and that the only compensation is a 4th. Have you been following the cap-dump trades in the past few seasons? It isn't done for free
