Description

Honestly I know people are griping about 5x5 for Compher and the Holl signing but IMO the signings overall still will leave the Wings flexibility to play their youngsters if they prove the belong in Detroit and, if not, well Grand Rapids needed a ton of help too.

I mean as a Red Wings fan do *you* want to see Luff, Chiasson, Czarnik Hirose, Hagg and Erne playing over any of these signings? I don't.

Honestly most of the hate is an overreaction. I was a bit disappointed at first as well. But it also set the wings up for a trade for a stud winger or two. Allows them to trade away some players at the deadline as well.
