Only issue I see is your lack of a back-up goaltender. Pens will want Jarry to be playing, so he'll be left in the AHL most of the year. And with $2M in cap room you should be able to sign the goalie of your choosing.

I agree with Blacklion821. Don't think a cup contender can risk a back up with so little NHL experience.

Also Sam Gagner career has been a roller coaster. He has entire "off" seasons, some times a string of them, but some team is going to bid him up closer to $4 mil and I think Bonino can be had for less.

I'd love to see McNabb, but not sure the draft pick will do at this point, since they'll need players to dress and can dump him later in the season. I don't think you need Oduya, either. Older defense-man like him will be available as the playoffs approach if needed and the guys in the minors can fill for half the season. Pouliot needs to a chance to sink or swim.
