Détails additionnels:
I'm sure the very logical Red Wings fans will take this one well. The Wings have a plethora of LD prospects, so I opted for someone below Wallinder, in Sebrango.

For Kasper, the Wings already have a good number of reasonable centers, and Lindholm would bring in another. Lindholm is a step above what they have already minus Larkin though. Thus, I decided to put in Kasper as he may already have a bit of a jam in front of him. Detroit's centers tend to be highly flexible meaning they can move to the wing, and Lindholm fits this build while also playing elite defence.

Oh boy. Kasper is absolutely untouchable. Wings are already out on Cat. Yzerman already said we're not trading 9th overall. However I wouldn't be opposed to it but in no way will Kasper be involved.

I'm not sure what logjam you are referring to? Detroit has quite a weak center pool. Kasper is #2 behind Larking since Copp is a more realistic 3. Aside from Ras, no one comes close to touching those 3. I understand though, that if you brought in Lindholm, that could be difficult to juggle.

Guys that can/have played center:
Larkin, Rabbri, Copp, Veleno, Rasmussen.

3 have term. Other 2 are young.

I know. Fabbri is unfortunately made of glass so he's not a reliable option. He plays better on the wing anyway. Rasmussen and Veleno aren't a threat to Kasper's development, as I think their role's and ceiling's are 3rd line realistically. Copp can plug in the middle 6 whether at center or on the wing. Kasper will get preferential treatment over Copp in the long run. If we could bring in Lindholm without giving up our best prospects, then book it. I'm a strong admirer of Lindholm's game

That is fair, and I don't think anyone would get preferential treatment over Kasper, there's just a lot of capable bodies there for sure

Yeah, they mentally abused me for a honest effort to make a trade. Didn't sleep for a week. I aimed to make peace today, but they appear to hate me because I called them unemployed. Honest mistake

Ah classic who done it, I’ve seen this before lol.

In regards to the trades, eh I’ve seen worse… I’ve also seen much better. Just like in hockey, shake hands and on to the next one.

Specifics, Detroit hopes Kasper becomes Lindholm, and based on the age group of higher end prospects the team has, the ghost would make more sense. Lindholm in Minny makes sense, but I’m biased because I’d like to watch him in person next season with Kap.

I hope Sebrango gets moved because I enjoyed his game at world juniors but he just has no shot of ousting Ed, Edd, and Eddy (Wallinder and AJ). I think he is the next Merrill and will kind of float through the NHL as a 5-7D who will shine on occasion.

OTT doesn’t need LHD, and Zadina is probably better suited as a reclamation project on his small cap hit for a team trying to compete that needs just a little cap help, but doesn’t have to sacrifice if he stays at the level he is at now. Probably a Pitt, WSH, along those lines.

SY made it seem as if he is not overspending in trades, but most likely will again if need be in FA. Tough to see him wanting to take on the 8 year contracts or balk at over”signing”, and everyone already saw him play chicken with Stamkos.

Best of luck with your recovery.
