                              I don't understand why everyone has them taking MAF for nothing. Pens have to give them something for helping them otherwise I take Cole or Rust

Vatanen has value and the Ducks didn't leave both unprotected so Vatanen could be taken for nothing. What people don't realize is the trade was completed a couple of weeks ago. So at that time ANA would tell VGK that they would trade Vatanen and buyout Bieksa. Rather than get Vermette or someone similar they get a 2nd Round Pick or so to just leave him alone.

                              I said that since the trade was BEFORE the freeze the Ducks still had the option of trading Vatanen AND buying out Bieksa and that ultimately lowers the price Vegas can ask for.
