WPG would be fine with Lukas Dragicevic, but they would not pass up on many others that should be before him, including D men like Willander, Brzustewicz, Simashev and Gulyayev.

But, if I were WPG and Cristall was still available, I would forget my need on D and take a guy I have ranked 11the overall - Danielson or 12th overall - Cristall.

Sharks really need a good RD prospect, but maybe we get it in a Karlsson trade. Either way I like this outcome as RHS forwards are/ should be a high priority.

Cristall scares me! Will he be a Pavelski type that can adjust to being a poor skater in the NHL or does he never hit his potential because of his skating? Dragicevic has a high ceiling and a decent floor and fills a need, I guess it comes down to the scouting dept. and their assessments.

I think you nailed it perfectly. I see Cristall as a Pavelski type.

But even without including Cristall, I still like Willander, Brzustewicz, Simashev and Gulyayev over Dragicevic.

Not by a lot, but enough. I have Dragicevic going late in the 1st round / early 2nd round. His skating doesn't do it for me and his decision making is... okay.

Imagine Pavelski but with the knees of a 95 year old ALS patient

Funny I like Dragicevic’s upside! But part of me still leans to Willander late 1st as well. But if Dragicevic hits his potential he could be a top pair offensive stud like Burns. If he doesn’t though he might only be a bottom pair with PP2 ability.

Lmao you’re so mean! He’s not that bad but I can see the argument Cristall skating is on par with 38 year old pavelski’s skating.
