Panarin still making ~$12M towards the Salary Cap? Yeah, then WSH says Hell No. Kuznetsov makes $7.8M, Panarin makes $11.8M the Capitals will happily keep the cheaper guy that doesn’t screw our Salary Cap and costs us nothing to acquire. Retain about 1/3 of that Panarin contract and WSH might be interested.
