    Fehr can't play for the opening night,he is injured.If you down Erixon in the AHL,they lose him because it must be put on waivers before.

    Beyond several articles that i have read say that Fehr should be ready for the start of the season. Don't know where people keep making this stuff up from.

    He had surgery on his wrist and he is projected to miss the first two months. Also scuds has a no trade clause and I don't think he wants to go to Florida for his hopefully last year in the nhl

    I can't find one article saying he will be ready. I did find about 10 saying he will be out until Mid November to early December.

    As for Erixon being claimed, who cares? The pens have some great dept D signings in the AHL. A bunch of Chorney-Esque guys. If he doesn't make the team they aren't going to carry him as an 8th D and he has no trade value.
