After a Bipolar playoff run where the Leafs got passed their demons then fell flat on their faces, A new regime has stepped in and completely blows the team up. The core Four is no more. We See Matthews, Marner, and Captain JT all traded. Although this team can be seen as unrealistic due to UFA and RFA rules, I'd say this new look leaf squad is more balanced and are similar to what the Panthers have who just knocked them out. Matthews is sent to Arizona in a trade that could bring in Logan Cooley, But to remain a contender the get Hayton and Keller while also getting two first round picks. And for the rest of the team it may not be a good as the current leafs roster but id say they may be better built for the playoffs
