Something like 2 seconds. Maybe a late 1st if a little bit of retention.

He underperformed this season and was at essentially a point per game the season before. He’s frustrating but can still break a game and is not a negative asset

You're living in cloud cuckoo land if you believe that. Kuzy is still a good player even if last year was a down year, but then it was a bad year for the Caps full stop. He isn't going to be given away.
