Also picks between 20 and 32 opnly have a 1 in 10 chance of becoming a difference maker (top 6 forward top four defenseman or starting goalie....10% We are not trading a top 6 forward for a 10% chance at a top 6 forward...insanity

Who is this top 6 forward you have?? Suzuki is a 2C sure, Dach is probably a lower end top 6 guy rn, and Caufield is a top line winger. But you've included none of them in this trade so I'm confused. Ig slaf could be one eventually, but he's also not in the trade. Where is this top 6 forward youy refer to?

LMAO ANDERSON>PLD?

Anderson has scored 25+ ONCE. He isnt a 25 goal forward. IDC if he was "on pace" this season, he got hurt. Big guys get hurt more. This year wasnt an outlier, every year he misses games

And even if he scored 25 every year, he wasnt even top 125 in goals this season! Its not some hot commodity. This is actually so funny thanks for this

what? I never said Anderson is better than PLD? Didn't know you were that delusional.

I said I would like the habs to keep Anderson if the plan is to pick up dubois because I think the habs would be able to take a serious step forward next year with both of them on the roster among everyone else.

lmao okay sorry that you wrote it in a confusing way

Anyways, Anderson STILL sucks lmao. He isnt a 25 goal scorer. Hes scored 25+ goals ONCE. There are 125 players who outscored him this season. Hes literally a signifigantly worse Daniel Sprong. who was placed on waivers a year ago and is going to make a mil next year.

And this is just one example

the islanders could use a guy who knows how to make things happen on his own and bring energy to a game. What a pathetic performance against the injured canes. but no, you would prefer horvat at 8.5 million for the next 8 years.

Anderson is below replacement level defensively, 126th in goals this season, always hurt, doesnt produce points and doesnt drive plays.

You have yet to use any quantitative evidence besides claiming he is a 25 goal scorer, despite only accomplishing that feat once. This is crazy.

Im not blind enough to say the Horvat deal is good-- it sucks.

hes 84% EV offence this year what are you even talking about. Sure he can't play a full 82 games, that's about all that's wrong with him. He's not a shutdown defensive forward, he's a power forward.

He is BELOW REPLACEMENT LEVEL defensively. This mean that you can replace him at league minimum and that player will be a better player defensively.

85% EV 💀💀💀💀 125 players scored more goals and youve yet to address that.
