I think O'Reilly will ultimately get something like 4.2.4.6 x 2 years with 50% or more in signing bonuses and NTC. Doug does not offer NMC. Something that is just below the top performing 3Cs (Charlie Coyle as comp).
The term is probably going to be 2, unless an offer at 5 years or above occurs.
But if that does not happen, it will be 2. This will allow O'Reilly to sign one more contract before he is 35+, which is just inconvenient due to rules about the pay structure, signing bonuses, buyouts, etc.
