TBF this is probably where we are headed in terms of offseason. But I would prefer another Top 6 Winger, 3rd Line Center (If say Eller isn't protected in the Expansion draft) and maybe another DMan if Carlson does get traded. In reality this looks more likely to happen.

I thought about throwing a trade of Carlson for Drouin w/ TB in there as I do believe Carlson gets traded. I think I'd rather have that than bringing Williams back but wasn't sure if TB would go for that and would we go for that...beauty of armchair lol! I do think Bowey and Djoos are potentially ready to make the jump and at some point the team has to trust them for long stretches during the regular season to get their feet wet. I also thought if we could keep Grub and have VGK take Eller and some draft picks, we'd be stronger in net obviously, but they could definitely be set on plucking PG from us. If that did happen though, I might see if we could grab someone like Bonino who is just a pest in front of the net. Something we've lacked for a while it seems like.
