Mode - plafond salarial: Basique

Just a random thought I had, this is just for fun.

Try to create the best team possible going in order of rivals.
If a player from one teams main rival is already on the team, then the next teams rival goes next.
If there are no teams to choose from because all of the top ten rival teams already have players taken from them start with the next team alphabetically that you started with.
Once you switch to a different team you have to stick with the player you picked (so you have to think ahead).
You can start with any team.
Top 20 roster players must be under the cap
Players not in roster must be lined up as a pseudo farm team
Must also set special teams
