No need to be sorry, while mostly just an exercise in boredom I do disagree.

Miller and Horvat were dominant paired 5v5 when Miller first joined the team. That top line could matchup and still produce offense at a high rate. Pettersson and Boeser add an excellent playmaker to maximize their shots and that 3rd line would be fast, annoying to play against and could still produce some offense. After watching Garland for a season, I think he's best suited as "the guy" on a line as he is most effective when handling he puck.

I also think they should load up OEL and Hughes to maximize OEL's window of good play. Would be a risk to hope Dermott/Rathbone/Schenn/Poolman could hold down a top 4 spot with Myers but preferable IMO to holding Hughes back.

Having two centers on the same line is not a good idea. Miller is best at center. We don’t want Dickinson playing third line minutes because he will not produce offense. That’s why we need all 3 Cs to be good. Miller, Pettersson, Horvat, Lazar. That is a good center group
