Assuming Holl for Schenn (50%) is a saw-off, Kerfoot + Niemela + First + 2nd + 3rd for 50% retained Miller is likely too costly for Dubas to pull the trigger. It certainly costs a lot to get Miller, but Kerfoot did just put up 51 points, and Niemela is a blue chip prospect by all accounts, and then there's the 1st and 2nd (and 3rd).
Trades where one team gives up a roster player, top prospect, and multiple picks rarely works out well for the team that gets the best player in the trade.
Seems like fairly reasonable players going both ways, definitely could see it being proposed from Vancouver's side, Toronto would probably counter with less and Vancouver probably hangs up the phone
