Since Chiarot got a 1st+, I don’t see why we couldn’t get a 2nd for Shatty half retained

I think part of why Chiarot's value got inflated so much is because of how he's able to use his physicality to elevate his game in the playoffs. Shattenkirk doesn't quite bring that to the same extent

Yeah, maybe Klingberg fetches more than Chiarot as a deadline chip. Also, the fact that Shattenkirk isn't really a bonafied top 4 defenseman anymore is a big part of why I don't think he fetches a 2nd
