    Why is Hickey in the minors? also, don't see devils moving Kovalchuk (if signed) for a 3rd rounder and a 3rd/4th liner. Just my opinion though.

    only reason Hickey is in the minors was because didn't know how to remove him off the roster.

    for Kovalchuk, couldn't figure out what player I would include for him. was just an idea.

    he would have to clear waivers if you moved him to the AHL, which he probably wouldnt. So there you go that how you move him

    Kovelchuk for a 3rd and Nelson or Strome would be about right.

    that was my fault, I thought Hickey was a UFA this season, still has 1 year left.
