The Jets aren't retaining, especially when it's based on Toronto mismanaging their cap with terrible contracts. You're going to have to pay for the entire contract, add Liljegren, and valuable prospects like Robertson or Knies, as well as multiple picks.

Marchand is also not getting traded to the Leafs, especially for that terrible package.
