Justin Holl is by no means a bad defender. He has his moments but he is a capable bottom pairing to fringe second pairing defender. He's useful on the PK and can contribute offensively from time to time. His cap hit is also relatively cheap so I expect he could fetch a mid round pick or B level prospect.

    Muzzin has a NTC. He has right to veto a trade to ANY team, this upcoming season.

    The following season is when it becomes a MNTC-- I believe a 10 team list.

    Either way-- there are probably only 3-5 teams he would consider going to for this upcoming season-- and they're not likely to consider taking his contract.

    Not sure how this roster is any better from last year. You're just subtracting Muzzin and Holl and not changing anything with the top 6 forward group.
