Minnesota was a place holder for any contending team who’d want Dadonov for 2.5M

Kapanen on a short deal could be beneficial. Worst case scenario, he’s a bottom 6 forward who can contribute. Best case scenario, he either plays his way into being part of the core or at least well enough to be flipped for a pick.

Grew and a 5th for Kapenan seems fair considering I’ve seen Grew for Pettersson 1 for 1.
