      im sorry but Schultz is not worth the Leafs top 3 picks in the draft. He's had a good year, but for that price Pittsburgh can keep him, and If the PLayoffs keep going like this the Sharks 3rd round pick will be higher than the Leafs so just give them that instead of sacrificing a 2nd to reattain the pick for Lou.

      Sorry, that isn't how the offer sheet compensation works....,Please note if a player is signed for six or seven, the total amount of money is divided by five.
      So for compensation rules, the average salary is 7.386m which makes the compensation 2 firsts, 1 second, and 1 third. That is one reason there are so few offer sheets. The compensation might be too high.

      That is a crazy price for Schultz coming off of one good year. He also had a good year because he didn't have to play on the top pairing. That is top pairing price.
