Who says you have to spend to the cap? Nothing wrong with a little wiggle room. And I doubt those are the actual lines anyway.

I see nothing inherently wrong with this. A little tweeking and it's fine.

Not to mention, I like a roster where the bonuses can all fit under the cap. That means no more bonus overage penalties!

5 mil is "a little wiggle room"??

2 rookies as forwards is dumb no matter what lines theyre on considering the cap space.

And if you have 4 mil in bonuses then you have a problem right there.
