    Just curious, Hc39, if Kruger is currently unsigned but still is with the Hawks in 16-17, where does he play this coming season? His re-signing is only possible with Bickell's $4M off of Chicago's books. Otherwise, nice lineup, bud.

    I'll be honest, I didn't really think that far into it. I was kind of just seeing what the 16-17 season would be like.
    If the Hawks found a way to off Bickell this year and sign Kruger they will be cup contending in 15-16. If not they would still need to off Bickell in the 16-17 season and sign someone of similar capabilities as Kruger.
    But they have the opportunity to keep an almost identical roster going into the 16-17 season with aging players maybe having one more year of GOOD hockey left and youngsters beginning to thrive. IMO they will make the finals that year for sure.

    Quebec City won't get an NHL team until 2017-18 at the earliest.
