There is simply no way Florida would give up an ascending talent like Huberdeau for two aging forwards with high cap hits especially when they have a lot of cap space to work with in the offseason.

I dont know, i can see FLA wanting to make a big push in the next year or so,i and se them wanting to to make one final playoff push with there older players such as (loo, Yandle, Jagar,), so with that mindset. FLA is getting two big name players on expireing deals to help push the team over the edge. And with those two players only takeing up 7mill, theres still room to add.

I do think youd need to add more to the deal though. maybe a young prospect. or a 2nd, just to give fla something for when the twins leave

The Panthers are not going to make this trade....with prospects, picks, or anything added. It's a terrible deal for their future.
