This deal would more than likely take place in the offseason. I assume Flyers will look to add Cam York to the roster full time next year and will likely sign Yandle again who has played good for them. After adding Ryan Ellis and Risto they have 4 Dmen who will be paid 4.6 - 6.5 mill and that isn’t the best way to spread out your cap space. After trading a haul for Risto I doubt they will want to let him walk, clearly they value him highly (whether they should is debatable). Sanheim has been in trade rumours in the past so maybe now they will move him. Another potential package could include no roster player as to save Philly some cap space since they need to free up 4 mill with Couturiers new contract extension. In that case I would move a 1st, Jordan Harris and Luke Tuch.

Well, based on the fact that Sanheim's contract just walks him to unrestricted free agency, at least the flyers won't lose him for nothing in free agency, since he already doesn't appear to be in the flyers long term plans
