Its possible Gards sits on the LTIR

This would be an even better outcome. I know I may be in the minority here but I really like where this team is at right now, pending addition of another top-6 FWD.

Maybe, but what’s not possible is a Gardiner buy out now. Window is closed, and the second window only opens if a team has a player declare for Arb…but we traded all three of our Arb eligible RFAs.

What makes a RFA arb eligible? and why is Svech no eligible?

Games played and age I think, CF had a FAQ about it I think. Ned and Foegele had it for sure, and I think Bean as well (not sure about him).

So since Svech signed his Entry level between the Age of 18-20, He would have to have 4 years of pro hockey under his belt to be Arb eligible. Which is kinda weird. So pretty much if you sign your entry level right when your drafted, you wont be Arb eligible after your entry is up.
