This is about as perfect a fix for this team as I can come up with. Now it’s all based off Anaheim and Gibson. Does he want out? Will they want to move him? I think they could be open to it simply because Dostal is a young goalie coming through their pipeline and he probably will be the next goalie for them. Jarry can be a stop gap between Gibson and Dostal for them. Jake instantly adds scoring to a team that desperately needs it and he’s still a young guy who will be able to play with their kids as they gain more experience. Deslauriers and Manson are rentals that we really don’t need to resign but we could afford them when Letang and Geno get cheaper short term deals instead of the mega deals they have now. This lineup is as deep as it’s been. We can roll in Zohorna, Jankowksi, Lafferty, Angello, Rodrigues, Poulin, Legare, and O’Connor when needed.
