I don't really mind the lines but the contracts are a bit unrealistic. MDZ probably doesn't make 5 mil and none of the UFA are going to sign 1 year deals except maybe PEBs but there is not way he comes back if that is the asking price - The Flyers let Ryan White walk in free agency and he was only asking for 900k to 1 mil. Got like 1 mil from ARZ instead.

If MDZ doesn't sign for $3.5 per we need to let him walk! He is a defensive liability and usually only plays about 60 games a year due to injuries.

The Del Zotto price tag has been touched on a few times now. Another disturbing trend I keep seeing is that guys keep putting him in the top defensive pairing???? WTF??? Provorov is already their #1 defensive player.

I was super high on MDZ after some great pre-season games. That was, well, stupid. I still think he needs to be brought back and hopefully well below this number and getting 2/3 pair mins.

He's probably played himself into a contract closer to 3.5 at this point, I agree. Still think he'd get closer to 4. Good point about how few games he plays annually.
