Mode - plafond salarial: Basique

Description

This is what i'm hoping for, not what I think will happen. Couturier will probably get snubbed since people don't seem to know how good he is, despite winning the Selke last year...

Good luck scoring against O'Reilly-Couturier-Stone, other countries ;)

Forwards I think i'll have at least 10/14 right. Defense, really only Theodore, Makar and Pietrangelo are locks IMO, i could go 3-4/8 there

Goalies are the 1 thing Canada seems to be weaker at than the other major countries. Kuemper or Blackwood could sneak onto the team, but I expect to go at least 2/3 on goalies.

Weak in net? We have two guys who have shown the ability to dominate the NHL for extended periods of time and another who certainly will for upwards of 6-8 more years. We’re not Team USA with John Gibson bug they need some respect. Also, Barzal>>>>Tavares. I don’t think Ekblad makes it either. Spurgeon could. Parayko probably makes because of Doug Armstrong being GM. It’s probably gonna be pretty close

Didn't say we were weak in net... weakER, big difference lol. USA has Hellebuyck and Gibson. Russia likely will have Vasilevski/Bobrovsky and one of Shesterkin/Sorokin/Samsonov. Sweden has Markstrom and Lehner. Finland has Rask and Korpisalo.

Price isn't what he used to be sadly, and Hart is off to a rough start. So yeah, I have Canada about 4th in the goaltending ranks right now lol.

yeah I think so too! Also I really wanted to put Spurgeon in there. Honestly as long as Theodore/Makar/Pietrangelo make it, I think the other 5 slots could be a mix of about 10 guys lol. They'll want at least 3 LHD there out of 8. I think they'll pick 3, since we are considerably stronger on the right side.

Barzal just missed the cut for me. I was deciding between him and JT. Barzal is my 15th FW. Certainly wouldn't shock me to see him on the team, and I'd be completely ok with it lol

honestly id put him in the top 6, Barzal - McD - Mackinnon would move at the speed of light
