I agree but I bet if the team ate half his salary, he would have a decent pick at a competitive team.

I don't think it's really necessary to buyout Bob yet. He's not terrible, and you still have the cap space. Until Knight comes off his ELC, I'd keep him.

I agree with this point. I will say it will be hard for Florida to keep its better goaltender that last 2 season while paying Bob 10.5 mil. Driedger will probably get the OPs contract if not more on the open market. 13-14 million is a lot to pay for a pair of goaltenders.
